About this job
Responsibilities:
Identify the IT Landscape with regards to SuccessFactors
Work on Requirement analysis and Gap analysis to ensure all the functionalities are addressed.
Cooperate and support the solution architects and HR Hub team by advising the integration
required in SuccessFactors.
Involve in configuration and documentation for client.
Involve in the workshops for requirement gathering to understand the user stories.
Participate in Mapping of SF Employee Central and ERP fields as per client specification for Data Migration and Replication.
Exhibit expertise in using Infoporter Data Migration and Replication.
Involve in End to End process to migrate the cost center from SAP HCM to Employee Central
Involve in End to End process to migrate and replicate the foundation objects i.e., Position and Organizational data between SAP HCM and SF Employee Central
Create test data as per business requirement.
Participate in ”Test Planning, Test case Design, Preparation of test scenarios, Preparation of Test data and Test Execution.
Work on Defect Categorization, Reporting, Retesting, and closure using JIRA.
Work on Employee Central Data Models and BCUI and modify as per the client requirements.
Configure several business rules as per client requirement.
Work on data Imports of Foundation, Generic Objects and employee data.
Implement BADI’s to fill the gaps and push custom field data to satisfy business requirements.
Academic Qualifications:
This position requires, at a minimum, a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
